Asparagus & Goat Cheese Tart
Asparagus & Goat Cheese Tart Asparagus lined one side of my grandfather Boppy’s garden, the only barrier between me and the glorious blueberry bushes. It seemed with each days passing it grew a foot taller. It’s feathering shoots locked hands making it nearly impossible to pass through. I had no use for it when I was eight.

Chicken Parmesan Meatball Sliders. Relatively wordless Wednesday Post. Soooo. I walk a lot. It’s my time to silently talk through things and exhale. My time. One more easy crowd pleasing recipe to add to your next finger food spread.

When I opened the fridge door the Ziploc bag of wonton wrappers had neatly made it’s way to the top of the container of leftover boiled dinner. Clearly it was a case of love at first sight.

National Slider Day
There are some food holidays that are a bit of a stretch and then there are others. National Slider Day deserves recognition. What better way to eat your favorite burger, sandwich, sub, slider…. then in a manageable 2-3 bite delicious bundle. Rhetorical. It’s the way to go. Here are some of my favorites.
