Homemade Dr. Pepper BBQ Sauce {in Secret Santa Style}
Homemade Dr. Pepper BBQ Sauce. We just completed our ‘Secret Santa Week’ at work and wrapped it up with a fabulous party on Saturday night. I say this often, but not often enough. I work with the most amazing group of passionate people. Plan a Tacky Sweater Party and watch a room of adults transform and embrace the theme. WOW!!

Honey Ginger Vinaigrette {with Shallot & Cilantro}
We’re so fortunate to have a wonderful Olive Oil & Vinegar Bar just minutes from home. Every time I walk into this store I’m treated to a new flavor pairing. My most recent addition to my collection (I think I’m up to about 10 different vinegar flavors) is Honey Ginger White Balsamic. This was the flavor base for my Honey Ginger Vinaigrette {with Shallot & Cilantro}. The shallot and cilantro offered a wonderful flavor balance to the slightly sweet honey ginger white balsamic. This dressing was beautiful with our Lunch Counter Style Chef’s Salad. You might also enjoy… Homemade Russian Dressing Homemade Caesar Dressing Bloody Mary Salad Dressing

Crab Cakes {with Remoulade Sauce}
When life gives you jumbo lump crab meat…. I’d like to say that I did great research to find the most incredible Crab Cake recipe or that I make Crab Cakes on a regular basis and this is my original recipe. But instead I found this wonderful recipe right under my nose.

Tzatziki Sauce
Tzatziki Sauce. This traditional Greek cucumber yogurt sauce is a key ingredient in a Lamb Gyro and Greek Chicken Meatballs. It also makes a wonderful dip to pair with a fresh veggie platter. Served chilled, it’s so nice and light, yet full of flavor. The fresh mint, garlic, and lemon juice play oh so nicely together. I could go on. Instead I think you should make some…you’ll love it.

Watercress Pesto
Watercress Pesto. I had seen a recipe in a cooking magazine where they sprinkled watercress leaves over the top of the dish. It made such a pretty presentation that I was certain I too would do this. I bought a bag of watercress with good intention. Forgot all about it until my weekly Saturday morning fridge cleanout.

Marinated Turkey Tenderloin {with Benny Sauce}
I instantly fell in love with this wonderful Benny Sauce marinade almost 15 years ago. Paired with boneless turkey breasts, it has become a favorite of mine. By the ingredients list you can see it’s full flavored and fabulous. And when I tell you that each of these ingredients smiles at you, I mean it. They wink and smile.

Tandoori Marinade
Tandoori Marinade is classically used to make Tandoori Chicken. However, the Whole Roasted Tandoori Cauliflower was fabulous. Stay tuned for future Tandoori dishes.

Homemade Caesar Salad Dressing
We love Caesar Salad. For these reasons. Homemade Croutons and Caesar Dressing. I’m just being honest. Yes, we enjoy the lovely crunch of romaine lettuce, and the nutty saltines of fresh shaved Parmesan cheese. We even add warm boiled eggs, which are incredible on this salad. But it all comes back to the Homemade Croutons and Caesar Salad Dressing.
