Bacon Wrapped Buffalo Poppers
We’ve taken our beloved Jalapeno Poppers to a new level. Or maybe two new levels. Or is it three? We infused the cheese filling with buffalo wing sauce. We wrapped them in bacon. And then we threw our Bacon Wrapped Buffalo Poppers on the smoker grill.

Flame Roasted Poblano, Cilantro & Lime Dressing
Fire Roasted Poblano, Cilantro & Lime Dressing is my new favorite. Slightly smoky bright flavors, balanced by toasted cumin, cilantro and fresh lime juice. I wanted each component to hold it’s flavor identity, so I’ve left it slightly chunky. Turns out this dressing doubles as a kickin’ salsa :) and soon to be used as a marinade.

Piña Colada Baked Pineapple
I was introduced to this fabulous RECIPE a couple of years ago and tucked it into my must-make folder for safe keeping. Juicy sweet pineapple, coconut, macadamia nuts, sweetened condensed milk, dark rum, and the surprise ingredient ginger snaps. Baked into awe-mazing. Oh my!! Caprese Panzanella {with Shrimp}
I scored these gorgeous tomatoes at the market this week, aren’t the colors amazing! Each year when tomato season hits, we run down the list of our favorite tomato recipes. Almost in unison, I heard Caprese Salad and Bread Salad. Just think what gorgeous children those two classics will make. That’s when the Caprese Panzanella love child was born.

Scotch Eggs {with Sriracha Mayo}
If I can deliver you Scotch Eggs but with a soft-boiled center are you in? Hell, yes!! was the response. So I got up early that day, did suitable research and enthusiastically jumped into this recipe.

Thai Seafood Chowder
Mussels simmered in white wine, garlic and butter, in my opinion, rank right up there with Scallops Wrapped in Bacon. So why would I mess with an absolutely delicious recipe? Rhetorical. Because Thai Seafood Chowder not only sounds like winning, but the addition of coconut milk, red curry paste and Serrano peppers took comfort to a new level.

Happy 3rd Anniversary Lemony Thyme
Three years ago today I ‘published’ my first post to Lemony Thyme. Eggs Benedict ~ Two Ways. Year one was a blur, year two was a bit more controlled, year three was very different. It took the first two years for me to find balance. My scales were tipping in the wrong direction. Let’s take a look at some of the highlights from year three, then we’ll talk about the scale.
