European Cookie Butter Fudge
Who was my Secret Santa this year? Who stumped me so well that I spent an entire week bragging about my amazing Secret Santa to none other than….my Secret Santa? That would be Bethany. The sneaky lady who made me a batch of this incredible European Cookie Butter Fudge (along with many other fabulous gifts).

Ferrero Rocher Cake
I started a tradition last year where I would ask a friend to select a chocolate recipe, anything they like, that I would then recreate and deliver to them to Share the Love. I call these Adventures in Chocolate. This go around I chose my friend & co-worker Jennica. She actually squealed with excitment and headed straight to my Adventures in Chocolate Pinterest Board where she selected this fabulous Ferrero Rocher Cake recipe by Mom’s Dish.

Favorite Sea Scallop Recipes
I was looking through our food photos and was reminded just how much I adore scallops. Particularly how much I worship the sweet fresh flavor of Sea Scallops. I thought it would be fun to gather my favorites in one post. To all the scallop lovers out there…you’re welcome.

Coconut Macaroons
Coconut Macaroons. Five simple ingredients that will delight an entire office. This I know. I cookie tray tested them on my work family and they passed with flying colors. We will definitely include them in this year’s holiday baking and you should too.

Dark Chocolate Rum Cupcakes {with Salted Caramel Buttercream}
My Dark Chocolate Rum Cupcakes with Salted Caramel Buttercream recipe was inspired by the most popular dessert on this year’s Halloween Office Party Buffet. There sat Mark’s picture perfect rum cake, whose aroma alone was so intoxicating co-workers began to stalk the break room pre-party (secretly wondering if they could manage to sneak a piece without getting caught). There’s something sensual about the combination of rum and butter and sugar.

Our Best Chili Yet
I’ve just spent 30 minutes debating about what to call this latest Chili Masterpiece. Something in me strongly protests anytime I want to use the words ‘Greatest’ or ‘The Best’ in a recipe title. It’s very literal.

Peppermint Mocha Latte Truffles
It has happened. The coffee-house shift from Pumpkin Spice Lattes to Peppermint Mocha Lattes. Today in honor of Peppermint Mocha Latte Day my plan was to recreate this phenomenon at home. That was before I found a bazillion other versions of Starbuck’s copycat recipe for that warm minty frothy beverage we all love. Hmmm…how about Peppermint Mocha Latte Truffles instead. Bingo.

Chickpea & Spinach Stew
The holidays have a way of throwing us me off course. No matter how hard I try, temptation is waiting at every turn. This year is going to be different. Yes, I will cave to some temptations, or better said…enjoy my favorite dishes in moderation. Yet, what I won’t do is completely abandon my Healthy Choices plan only to start over on January 1st. Nope, not gonna do it. This Chickpea & Spinach Stew, adapted from Weight Watchers, is going to keep me on track.

Thanksgiving Dinner Sandwich {with Cranberry Horseradish Mayo}
No matter how you stack it a Thanksgiving Dinner Sandwich is pure goodness. For me, the key ingredients are stuffing, turkey and mayo. This year, thanks to my sister Sarah, I’m adding a schmear of Cranberry Horseradish Mayo. Oh my word, that stuff is addicting.

Cranberry Horseradish Mayo
Weeks before Thanksgiving my sister and I were already making plans for the leftovers. Turkey Noodle Soup, Turkey Divan, Turkey Tetrazzini, Potato Pancakes, Roasted Veggie Soup, and let us not forget Thanksgiving Dinner Sandwiches. Oh yeah, we’ve got stuffing, turkey, gravy, cranberry sauce all piled into a sandwich of comfort. Then without notice she blurts out Cranberry Horseradish Mayo. What?! There was silence for about a nano-second before I shouted out. Brilliant!
