Salted Caramel {Ancho Chili} Mocha Latte
Salted Caramel Ancho Chili Mocha. This is for all my Starbuck’s loving friends. Never got out of my pj’s (okay I know….most of you go to Starbuck’s drive-thru in your jammies too), but I didn’t have to open the garage door….which meant I didn’t wake any sleeping babies (in my case Shelby and Lilah)….you see where I’m headed.
This could definitely be made with any cocoa mix…but I was looking for a little something different. In addition to sea salt on top, I also used my sugar, chocolate, and coffee bean grinder.
Recipe
Steam 1 cup of milk over low heat, then add 3 Tbl. cocoa mix to blend. Add 1/2 cup strong coffee and pour into mug. Top with whip cream. Drizzle with caramel sauce and finish with cracked sea salt.
