Vegetarian Black Bean Chili
Vegetarian Black Bean Chili begins like many of our soup and chili recipes….with a medley of carrots, onions and celery. But that’s just the beginning of this flavor journey.

Fire Roasted Tomatillo Guacamole

Which translated means I wrote it on a piece of scrap paper and shoved it in my folder of recipes that I plan to make some day. Today’s the day for this crazy good recipe I found on Gilt Taste.

These are my words, we’re not really score keepers. I justified my silent stillness by creating recipes in my mind. Savory Egg Stuffed Poblano Peppers nestled on a bed of enchilada sauced white beans. I did not take the dogs out.

Avocado & Chicken Salad Boats with hints of lime, cumin and cilantro. This delicious plate could easily become my new favorite lunch. The mashed avocado replaces mayonnaise in this recipe, lending numerous healthy benefits.
