Dark Chocolate Rum Cupcakes {with Salted Caramel Buttercream}
My Dark Chocolate Rum Cupcakes with Salted Caramel Buttercream recipe was inspired by the most popular dessert on this year’s Halloween Office Party Buffet. Buffalo Shrimp
We were gifted 7 pounds of fresh-off-the-boat Georgia shrimp a month or two back (thanks to my mom & dad in-law). I froze them in one pound packs so they would thaw quickly when we had a shrimp hankering. On this particular day, I couldn’t get enough of these Buffalo Shrimp. They were too tasty not to share.

Chocolate & Peanut Butter Pretzel Squares {no-bake}
Spending Friday afternoon in the warehouse, checking and packing orders, was a wonderful reminder of how teamwork can propel a small company. Laying wide awake in bed early Saturday morning…told me where my heart was.
