Seven Layer Magic Bars
I struggled with what to call these heavenly bars. I kicked around a few ideas. Pretzel Toffee Bars. Chocolate Coconut Layered Love Bars. Magic Bars. Seven Layer Bars. Toothachers Met Their Match Bars. Truth be told…they are a casserole with a little bit of this and a little bit of that. A dessert casserole. I’m not sure anyone would click on a recipe called dessert casserole.

Dark Chocolate Rum Cupcakes {with Salted Caramel Buttercream}
My Dark Chocolate Rum Cupcakes with Salted Caramel Buttercream recipe was inspired by the most popular dessert on this year’s Halloween Office Party Buffet. Triple Chocolate Triple Layer Mayonnaise Cake {Share the Love}
Hold on now. You don’t have to love mayonnaise to love this Triple Chocolate Triple Layer Mayonnaise Cake. Mayonnaise is after all eggs and oil, two key ingredients in chocolate cake. This cake is so moist and oh so chocolatey, it’s become our family’s favorite.

Turtle Shortbread Cookies {Share the Love}
This week my office is doing a little holiday baking for our wonderful loyal customers. There’s something special about receiving a gift of home-baked goodness….so we shall Share the Love. I chose this recipe for Turtle Shortbread Cookies from bettycrocker.com because I have a soft spot for shortbread. For as many years as I can remember there have been Walkers Shortbread Cookies in my Christmas Stocking. I love them. Worship them actually.
