Eggs, Eggs, Glorious Eggs
I’m a big fan of eggs. Any meal. Any time of the day. Come to think of it, that might be the one food I’d be lost without. Meatless Monday is never a problem for me, just top it with an egg.

Pumpkin Pecan Bread
Pumpkin, pumpkin everywhere. I had to jump in and join the party. Keeping it simple, by taking our most favorite Banana Bread recipe and replacing mashed bananas with pumpkin puree. The result is a Pumpkin Pecan Bread that is super moist, not too pumpkin-y, with subtle hints of cinnamon.

Salisbury Steak Meatballs {with Mushroom Gravy}
Salisbury Steak Meatballs {with Mushroom Gravy}. I wanted to deliver comfort. The kind of comfort that if only for a meal would help ease the weight of the day. Our most popular recipe on Lemony Thyme is our Salisbury Steak. Anytime I share it the response is overwhelmingly positive. Today I’m sharing that recipe except in the form of Salisbury Steak Meatballs {with Mushroom Gravy}.

S’Mores Scones
I have this bag of baking supplies that I hide out of sight in the hall coat closet. My logic is questionable since I (1) hid it, and (2) it’s been discovered. It contains everything from Peanut M&M’s to Hershey’s Kisses to Ferrero Rocher, plus assorted other essentials like chocolate chips, shredded coconut, marshmallows, and Heath toffee bits.

Savory Egg Stuffed Poblano Peppers
I lay in bed Sunday morning pretending to be asleep. There was a steady rain tapping on the window, the kind that lulls you to sleep. It was not my morning to get up with the dogs (yet if I were already awake when the first bark came would it seem only reasonable that I take them out, even though I did the day before). These are my words, we’re not really score keepers. I justified my silent stillness by creating recipes in my mind. Savory Egg Stuffed Poblano Peppers nestled on a bed of enchilada sauced white beans. I did not take the dogs out.

Scotch Eggs {with Sriracha Mayo}
If I can deliver you Scotch Eggs but with a soft-boiled center are you in? Hell, yes!! was the response. So I got up early that day, did suitable research and enthusiastically jumped into this recipe.

Rosemary Ham & Swiss Savory Bread Pudding
My kid. I love her completely. Her hugs. Listening skills. Eye contact. Thirst for knowledge. Hugs. Witt. Sense of adventure. Genuine interest in what you’re saying. Having said that, there is an I want this now and my listening skills have gone out the window at this moment, because I want this now quality about her that I admire. Go get it girl. Which is exactly what she did last week. I’ll tell you more about that, after I introduce our newest savory dish. I made a bit of heaven. Rosemary Ham & Swiss Savory Bread Pudding…inspired by a Sunday’s with Shelby outing (which on occasion happens on a Saturday).

Steamed Veggie Ramen Broth Bowl {with Fried Egg}
I enjoyed a lovely lunch date with Shelby and her roommate Clare. It was a post-birthday (for Shelby), pre-move in to a new cool place (for Shelby & Clare)…kind of celebration. Shelby chose a VERY popular restaurant called Buttermilk Kitchen. However, our hunger level and their wait time didn’t mesh so well. So we bailed and opted for Noodles. This recipe post is a recreation of the fresh & delicious Steamed Veggie Ramen Broth Bowl {with Fried Egg} I ordered.

Savory Caprese Scones Of Love
Savory Caprese Scones scream “Share the Love.” One of my most favorite expressions and actions. See the missing bite out of that Savory Caprese Scone above? It was that precise moment when I knew. I must share this recipe.
