Chicken Satay Meatballs {with Peanut Dipping Sauce}
Chicken Satay Meatballs were my sister Sarah’s call. In fact Sarah had several suggestions for March Meatball Madness. Let’s just say she has a vivid imagination and extreme creativity when it comes to food and I love her for it!!!

Meatball Beef & Broccoli
Meatball Beef & Broccoli. When I decided to share a different meatball recipe for the month of March I needed to enlist my loved ones for some recipe inspiration. For Nick, we would transform his favorite Beef & Broccoli in a meatball meal. The results were out of this world!

French Onion Dip is a Game Day Staple
There was a time when French Onion Dip was the go-to staple for Game Day or family gatherings. A packet of onion soup mix, a tub of sour cream, and a big bag of ruffled potato chips and we were in dip heaven. Just think how far the dip world has come, evolved if you will.

Bacon Lovers Day
It’s Bacon Lovers Day! I am unashamed of my love for bacon. It has and always will be a treat for my taste buds and the epitome of comfort food. That’s before it’s oven roasted then slathered in Praline & Maple or drizzled with Sriracha Honey or submerged in Peach Bourbon Glaze or brushed with Rosemary & Black Pepper Honey. Candied Bacon is a meat-lover, sweets-lover dream come true!

Pretzel Crusted Chicken Strips {with Honey Mustard Dipping Sauce}
Pretzel Crusted Chicken Strips {with Honey Mustard Dipping Sauce}. I’ve written before on the magnificent power of a chicken strip. For that matter a chicken finger, nugget, or any form of tender juicy crusted chicken bites. They are universally loved by carnivores, especially at gatherings that often involve televised sports aka Game Day!

Honey Walnut Shrimp Power Bowl
I’ve completely jumped onto the ‘Bowl’ bandwagon. Rice bowls, ramen bowls, power bowls, Buddha bowls, dragon, macro, breakfast and lunch bowls….they all make me happy. The perfect portion of noodles, rice or grains with added protein & veggie love. Our latest creation is the Honey Walnut Shrimp Power Bowl inspired by ingredients already on hand. Win-win power bowl.

Seared Ahi Tuna with Thai Risotto
I’m not sure how it happened. Ahi Tuna on sale for $6.99 a pound. Text message…go there. Do not pass go, do not collect $200 dollars…just bring home Tuna. I have to say, I was a bit skeptical. This was not Sushi grade tuna, for which we will pay up for. But it was fresh and thick and begging for a swim in marinade. Seared Ahi Tuna {with Thai Risotto}.

Char Siu Roast BBQ Pork
Char Sui is Chinese BBQ Pork. Don’t let the word BBQ fool you. This isn’t your typical southern pulled pork BBQ (albeit we love that). No, the flavors and cooking method for Char Sui is quite different. And the results…phenomenal. Juicy, melt-in-your-mouth pork infused with a sweet & sticky marinade. Let us not pass over what makes Char Sui dreamy good. Crispy. Pork Fat. Rules!!
