Cheesy Beef Enchilada Dip

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 cup enchilada sauce
  • 1 cup diced onion
  • 2 jalapeno finely diced
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheese cheddar/Monterey jack blend
  • tortilla chips to serve

Instructions
 

  • Brown ground beef over medium heat, breaking into small pieces with wooden spoon; drain.
  • Add diced onion and jalapeno and sauté until tender, about 3-4 minutes.
  • Stir in enchilada sauce and heat through.
  • Add in half of the shredded and stir to combine. Top with remaining cheese. Cover and remove from heat.
  • When cheese has melted serve with warm tortilla chips.
